I became a registered nurse in 1996 and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2002 after beginning my own breastfeeding journey and serving as a La Leche League Leader. Since then, I have supported breastfeeding families in hospitals, through home visits, and virtually across the U.S., while continuing advanced training in lactation, infant oral habilitation, lifestyle medicine, and perinatal mental health. As a mother who breastfed five babies, I am passionate about helping families feel confident, supported, and equipped to overcome breastfeeding challenges.

Ariela’s personal journey through breastfeeding challenges and the lack of support she experienced along the way inspired her to dedicate her career to helping other families find the guidance she once needed. For over 15 years, Ariela has supported mothers, infants, and families in a variety of roles, always centering compassion, education, and empowerment in her care.
